Working at TENJI

I will first catch up with my holidays in December=) lol.. I spent the whole month of December working in TENJI. How I was interviewed and all was in another post, i think. Anyway, working at TENJI was great, of course in between there was some tiring and hectic moments too=)

Well, sometimes when you overheard some adults' conversations, you will hear about how bad and tough working life is; politics and conflicts are everywhere; studying is much better etc etc.. To certain extent, yes, it is true. BUt in Tenji, I don't think so. Of course, it is not a complete NO=) No one is perfect in this world right?=)I worked in TENJI's marketing team. It was initially 4 person in a team, but ended up with 2 person. My dear Mas had transfered toservice site and doing realtively fine with her job there. Oh, shouldn't be relatively fine, because she is now the AM, congratez congratez, hope you are doing very very fine there and don't give up no matter what. Haha... I know you like TENJI. Another person whose her name I can't recall FFK and didn't turn up. Well, I am not in a position to give any comment=) GOOD LUCK to you, though I didn't meet with you before=) SoooO.. there left Kelly and me.

Initially, we were told to sell their VIP packages and must reach our target within a certain period. So basically, this is called SALES. Haha.. I learnt man! so yeng! and yes, we did SALES=) haha.. SALES is not as easy as it seemed to be, some customers will listen; some will just walk away; some even listen and walk away=) Haha.. but there is a great fun in it lerr.. I love serving customers=) quite nice...

Besides that, MARKETING's scope is quite wide you see, so I get a chance to deal with the PR company as well as a few of the media like magazines and all. Trust me, it's exactly like in club and society (especially LEO & probably Interact, I don't know) , but the different is that this is the real world and everyone is realistic. Haha..But I learnt lots and lots of things=) LOTS, i mean=) haha..

In addition, perhaps sometimes we will have overloaded customers, so I had to help out in the dining area as well. Haha.. quite nice and exciting though! Cuz we had to listen to customers' complaints, chit-chat with them, solve problem instantly and calmly, kacau the service and kitchen crew etc etc.. Haha.. damn cool, and I missed those days!

Actually it is not only that, but these are the main points. I really leanrt alot, and this is really a good experience, perfect I should say, to learn some much about working life, and I look forward for more in the future. I may seemed to work and handle alot of stuff in TENJI, but I think it is worth it=) Nevertheless, feeling tiring and helpless sometimes are inavoidable, but this is part of the process too=) At this stage, it doesn't matter how much money I had earned, because I have earned myself a valuable experience. Hehe.. that's all about the working part=)

Now comes to the people that I met here=) Haha.. 1 sentence to describe them:

He called himself my husband. I wanted to divorce with him ever since the first day but he refused to sign contract. Haha.. so What to do? Haihzzz.. Sad case=) but with a smiley face, LOL! haha.. He is the general manager here. Humourous he is, Naughty he is, Playful he is; Serious he is, Leader he is, Decison maker he is. Haha.. sound weird if I put it this way, but well, NEVERMIND! haha.. To me, he is young and capable. Many people may think he is too young to be a GM but never judge people by his or her age=) He is the one who let me had a good working experience by ignoring the fact that I was 18. He let me handle stuff and be in charge, and it was the TRUST he gave me made me felt I am worthy=) Haha.. I would not say that he is a perfect leader, because no one is perfect, plus everyone must have a room of improvement. SoooO.. GAMBATEH!!! hehe.. and THANK YOU very much for everything=)

The very human resource manager, hehe..he is good, really good=) IF I ever go back TENJI to help out during my schooling period, i can assure you it is because of HIM, and only HIM=) Haha.. I respect him alot more as my senior, and of course friend laaaa! Hehe.. don't know, somehow I just think the way he is, and how humble he is, makes me want to learn more from him. Hehe.. he told me once that he was impressed by my capability and all, but I am more impressed by his personality. I really like him, as a friend and a senior. Haha.. I hope he doesn't see this, wait later he perasan pulak! Haha.. Well, seriously THANK YOU very much for everything!=)

I would want to admit that everyone that I met in TENJI's management are good and nice person. haha.. including Alan. He can be very quiet sometimes, but he knows very well what is happening and what he wants. hehe.. He never show but deep down in his heart, everything is nicely arranged and decided. Plus, he is the one that I can have a long chit-chat with. Quite cool rite? Haha.. we talk about everything, anything=) But it's always me who is talking, so i think he is a very good listener.=) hehe.. and he is a very very good purchasing manager=) hehe! and i also want to thank you for everything! THANK YOU!!!=)

Haha, he is our stock supervisor. He is a really really typical nice and gentleman. Haha.. The way he treats girls and evrything, damn nice, gentle, good, caring, romantic ++++++++ haha.. not only to me la of course, to other girls as well=) hehe.. plus plus, he is very hardworking and humble to learn anything and everything=) and and, i think he seems to have no temper at all, but sometimes abit emo la=) I will get emo sometimes also, so it's not a big deal=) Haha.. Well, to me, he is more of a good friend in sense of he supports me and helps me whenever I have troubles and all. THANK YOU! I really appreciate it=) Hehe..

my dearest ZI MUIs in TENJI. Haha.. I d mentioned they are ZI MUIs, so haha.. conclusion is, they are very good lo=) Like others, they are helpful and capable as well=) Hehe.. Jacintha is abit of playful and Wan Loo is abit of serious. So when they get together, it balances off=) hehe..so what I want to say is that THANK YOU VERY MUCH for everything and GAMBATEH!

CIE Results Day

This very important day was supposed to be yesterday, but well, as usual, I didn't update my blog very often, and I'm really sorry! Haha.. now that I have got the time, besides this topic, I'm gonna update the previous topics that I have left out too=)

So I shall continue with my "CIE Results Day"=)

6.30am
In my dream, I had this image where I was getting my results. When I flipped it open, OMG! It was BBC..which was unacceptable for me. Therefore, I woke up, and felt terrible!!!

7.30am
after rolling on my bed for an hour, I had cooled myself down. I woke up and went online. First thing that caught my attention was that Nichelle was online too=) Meantime, I typed my username and password in myresults.cie.org.uk and didn't dare to press enter. Haha.. so what I did was I asked Nichelle whether she checked it d, and she answered NO! What a relief man=)

8.30am
I was still trying to keep myself occupied by bathing, eating breakfast, running up and down, playing with my dog etc etc. Just to keep my away from checking results (results came out at 8am dued to day light saving).

8.35am
I actually prayed for courage=) haha.. and there it went=)
"die die la!!!!!!!!!" and there I pressed "ENTER" button. what stupid was, I closed my eyes with my hands. Slowly I peeped=)

"YYYEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Haha..I shouted so loudly and started to run everywhere and ended up in my parents room=) Hehe.. I told them my results and they are very pleased=) One thing that I regreted to do was I didn't ask them for money as my reward!!!! Because Sue-Yin got RMXXXX.00 for her results!!! OMG!

Haha.. but I am so so so so happy and it's more than enough=) THANK YOU THANK YOU=)

Haha.. i'm extra happy today! not extra happy... i'm very very very very de happy! haha.// crazy d ler me!!! hehe,, there are 3 things which made me very happy today!!!=)

1st thing:
after 1 month of working, i finally get a chance to go skate! waakakakaka.. damn happy! skate as in ice skating la... luckily i didn't lose all the elements, if not i would have to pick it up from the start. Haha.. one foot spin was good, but not very consistent... backspin was even better than previous=) hehe... well, waltz jmp not so bad too=) at least can jump up very high but posture abit cacat la! hehe.. but hor, toe loop and salchow were bad! can't even land properly! haha... nvm nvm, and one more thing, i saw my previous coach today! walauyeh, she is damn pretty d=) haha.. i was so shocked with her phsical appearance... *zap* by her!! haha..

2nd thing:
I have been teaching 3 kids tuition and thx to christine, who runs a tuition aganecy=) I got them as my students! how i met her? well, its actually through internet and i was supposed to pay her by deposit, but eneded up meeting her in person=) hehe... she is a very nice gentle lady =) and guess wat? today she called me up to confirm about something... and she ended the conversation with "you are the most honest person I have ever met"...wkakakakakakaak!!!!!! I don't think i can sleep tonight wei!! OMG!! ahhaa... she made my day!!!! wakakaka..=)=)=)=)

3rd thing:
people always say you will gain hapinness by helpin other people. Haha.. den i say, we gain extra happiness by helping your own friend! waooO!!! ahah.. I'm proud of myself wei=) hehe.. cuz I have help my friend to get a tuition as her job... one week on 6 hours but she can earn at least RM800+ a month!! dat's woderful rite? then she doesn't have to suffer so much about her allowance and all/... oMG!!! I luv her!! haha.. plus plu, she said she is gonna treat me a meal!!!! how suprise is dat man..(she nve treat me b4 1) wakakakak! and i''m waiting for that meal!!! and i want that meal, to appreaciate my own afford!! hehehe..

That are the 3 things that happened in 1 day... and made my super tiring day happening and happy! ahahha.. THANK YOU THANK YOU!! ahahahah....
